Xpozer is a beatiful way to display photographs on the wall. It doesn’t reflect like acrylic or metal. The colors are exactly as they should be and that’s not the case on materials like canvas. And to make things even better, Xpozer makes it easy and affordable to change photos on the wall regularly! See the image here for a comparison between different materials.

The Xpozer frame is reusable for any Xpozer print of the same size. You can mount the frame horizontally or vertically and change the print in about two minutes.

You receive a triangular box which contains the Xpozer print, the reusable frame and the mount for the frame.

The answer to this is almost always no. Every print will be especially ordered for you.

We can never guarantee that we can change the shipping address at this point. But we can always try, send us an email as soon as possible and we will do anything possible to arrange that for you!

No, it’s entirely up to you to decide if you want to create an account or not.


You can pay online with iDEAL, credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express), PayPal, Bancontact, EPS, Giropay, Cartes Bancaires, PostePay or manual bank transfer.

Yes. When you place an order, the amount will be reserved on your credit card. This way, you can pay afterwards.

Yes. As soon as you start the checkout, you’ll enter a secure internet environment. That way, others can’t watch what you’re doing. Your transaction information will be encrypted via an SSL connection. You can recognize a secure SSL connection by the green lock in your browser.

Do you want to pay via bank transfer? You can transfer the money to our account number, NL70 KNAB 0506 3362 20. Always state your name and order number when you make a payment.

When you complete your order, choose the option ‘Bank transfer’ in the payment step of the checkout. We’ll send you an email with the payment information after you place your order, so you can transfer the amount to us.

We’ll start processing your order as soon as we receive your payment. This can take up to 3 working days for a manual bank transfer.

You can redeem your coupon at the digital cart before you proceed to checkout.

Oh no! That’s not supposed to happen. Has the amount been taken out of your account multiple times, even though you only placed one order? You’ll get your money back as soon as possible, of course. The money should be back in your account within 5 days. Promise.

Due to the fraud sensitivity, all payments made with a credit card are checked for fraud. This is done based on a large number of criteria and is an automated process. Unfortunately, we can’t tell you why your payment was declined. We don’t suspect you’re committing fraud, of course, but we have to keep our payment check methods a secret. Unfortunately, we can’t reverse a rejected payment.

Your order is canceled automatically and the reservation will lapse after 5 working days. Do you still want to receive your order? Order again and select a different payment method.

Sometimes, it takes a little longer for our website to recognize that you’ve paid. It can take up to one hour before we receive payments. Check whether money has been debited from your account.

    • Has money been debited, haven’t you received an order confirmation yet? We recommend that you wait for an hour. Didn’t receive anything after an hour? Send us a screenshot of your bank statement with the transaction number visible at [email protected]. We’ll look for your payment and then send you your order confirmation.
    • Has no money been debited? The payment wasn’t successful. You can place your order again. We don’t process orders without successful payment, so you don’t have to worry about receiving two orders.


Xpozer products will be ordered especially for you due to the large amount of sizes and photos that we offer. Xpozer will send the product directly to you, the customer. This makes it cheaper for the customer as we don’t have to pay shipping twice. Also the time between placing your order and receiving it will be shorter.

Xpozer labs are based in my home country The Netherlands and in the USA, therefore shipping rates within The Netherlands and the USA are currently the lowest.

All order to the USA and Canada will be shipped from the USA. All other orders will be shipped from The Netherlands. You are responsible for additional charges incurred by customs, duties and taxes if applied.

This is different for each country. Prints in The Netherlands and USA usually arrive within one week. Other countries may take longer, especially in Asia.

No. Shipping rates are always the same for one order, meaning you save money if you order more than one print at the same time.

Yes, you will have to pay the costs of shipping the order back to us in The Netherlands.

After we’ve received your order and inspected it to determine it has no damage and is in new condition. We will transfer your payment back. It can take around 5 workdays for your refund to be processed.

That depends on the condition of the returned product. If the product is as new when it’s delivered to us we will refund the full purchase amount back to you.

Please contact us as soon as possible and we will investigate what wen’t wrong with your order and try to make things right for you.

If the return shipment is damaged or incomplete we cannot offer a full refund. We will estimate the damage and refund you a lesser amount if necessary.

It’s your responsibility to make sure the order is delivered in good condition. Please consider insurance for your return shipment.
